As a Sales Director, you are expected to
build up business relationships in the market as well as to retain and grow a
team of sales representatives to achieve monthly quota. You need to demonstrate
your sales strategy, leadership and managerial values in identifying,
prospecting, closing and growing new account business across the market.
This person will be native of the location, be fluent in English and knowledge of Mandarin will be a plus. The candidate needs to have a solid grasp of successful channel strategies within the market and an understanding of CDN industry specific requirements therein.
This person will be managing the sales process and more accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly business. A proven track record of solution selling to effectively develop and close business is a must.

* Develop and execute the annual and
quarterly go-to-market plan of the market to achieve sales target.
* Develop executive level relationships within existing customers, target vertical opportunities and sales partners.
* Well manage regional sales funnel to achieve the revenue and key tasks set in the country Business Plan.
* Execute a successful partner and alliance strategy and ensure it is effectively structured.
* Retain and grow in country sales team

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* Overall Experience: 10+ years or equivalent experience
* 10+ years of experience in the IT industry on solution-selling, including CDN, hosting, network solutions, etc.
* 5+ years of sales management experience, building and developing teams, proven track record of growing a business and demonstrated sales and general managerial values

Solution Architect

The successful
candidate will bring a deep industry understanding, as well as a sophistication
for the sales cycle in order to close competitive prospects and solve technical
issues for existing customers. Fluent in English and Mandarin. This position will be
based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:

- Provide technical expertise to new and existing
customers in order to assist regional sales team in reaching sales revenue
goals
- Responsible for technical pre-sales design
recommendations and justifications
- Manage the technical aspects of sales prospecting
and provisioning
- Communicate technical design requirements and
implementation details to sales team and customers, both in formal
documentation and verbally
- Communicate account and project status with internal
teams, including sales, customer support and sales engineering management
- Design, document, and implement Content Delivery
(CDN)/Stream caching solutions, incorporating network design method,
capacity planning, HTTP, Streaming (RTSP, Flash, HTTP Streaming), SSL,
DNS, HTML, Access Control, and W3C compatible WWW technologies
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven success within a technical sales or presales role
- Broad, high-level knowledge of Internet
architectures
- Proven ability to design, direct, document and
implement solutions involving HTTP and Stream Caching technologies,
including Open Video Platforms (OVP) and
Flash/Silverlight/HTML5/iPhone/Droid Players
- Technical leadership skills for supporting project
management, back office & pre-sales staff and in managing projects
with little supervision
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
(written and verbal)
- Experience and talented in customer-facing white
board and WebEx presentations
- Proven success managing relationships with customers,
vendors and staff
- Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to creatively solve complex problems
- Hands-on and deep understanding of HTTP Headers,
Flash Media/Windows Media/Wowza Svr2/mobile stream Server/Client and
website architectures, and knowledge of XML, Java, Ruby On Rails, PHP
Scripting a plus
