Dear Business Partners,

There have been recent market rumors that C3 Networks, Inc. (“C3”) is an affiliate of ChinaCache (“ChinaCache” which include ChinaCache International Holdings, Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.) and that ChinaCache has allocated IDC (Internet Data Center) and cloud computing services to C3. In response to these rumors, the Company hereby clarifies that:

ChinaCache and C3 are independent entities that only have business co-operation in relation to the ordinary course of business of both companies; ChinaCache has not allocated any of its services to C3;

There is no partnership, franchise, joint venture, or employer-employee or agency relationship between ChinaCache and C3;

Neither ChinaCache nor C3 has the authority to make any statements, representations, or commitments of any kind on behalf of the other company.
