Industry’s Largest Cloud Data Center Cooperation Creates Business Volume Record

2015 will become an extraordinary year for ChinaCache.  At the start of 2015, ChinaCache has started its cooperation with Beijing Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (BFSMC), to build a customized cloud data center for it in ChinaCache’s Shouming International Data Center. This cooperation includes a customized BFSMC data center in Shouming International Data Center, BFSMC’s Beijing data center resource to be operated by ChinaCache, and a large-scale high-grade data center in Guiyang to be invested and built jointly by both companies. This cooperation will bring ChinaCache revenue as high as RMB 960 million, undoubtedly creating a record of the largest cloud data center deal in the industry.

As early as last year, it was announced by ChinaCache to have signed a framework agreement with People's Daily Online, using ChinaCache’s Shouming International Cloud Data Center to meet cloud computing and cloud storage needs of the growing user groups. Building a cloud computing and cloud storage infrastructure platform in Shouming International Cloud Data Center will reduce long-term operating costs for user services, and create favorable conditions for the company to provide customers with digital and full media service. This cooperation also became a super-big business deal as high as RMB 650 million.

In conclusion, in the year ahead, the cloud data center cooperation alone will bring ChinaCache a billion RMB revenue, while the CDN business growth in the future is also no less significant for ChinaCache.

 With the rapid development of 4G and mobile Internet, there has been a surge of demand in the CDN market. ChinaCache quickly perceived this market demand, concentrated on technology research and development, and successfully launched MPlus in early 2015, the industry's first genuine product tailored specially for wireless communication network flow optimization. This is an integrated solution facing mobile Internet terminal users, content provider’s B2B2C business model and access acceleration technology, to help enterprises to obtain a communication rate of 60% higher than the regular basis. Combining three major technical advantages into one, MPlus can effectively improve user experiences, reduce users’ Internet flow costs, help enterprises to inspire attention from a large number of terminal users, improve user activity and viscosity, stimulate related product consumption, and achieve product revenue. Therefore, MPlus has been well received by enterprises since its launch, and has been used by numerous domestic and foreign well-known App content service providers. MPlus’ rapid and strong market penetration strength will also generate favorable market returns for ChinaCache in 2015.

ChinaCache’s CDN business as its core has maintained a growth speed above three times higher than that of European and American mainstream CDN service providers, such as Akamai and Limelight, in recent years, thus leading Chinese CDN industry in terms of growth space and growth rate. In this way, based on the annual revenue in 2014, ChinaCache’s CDN business will easily exceed 1.5 billion in 2015. In addition to one billion revenue in cloud data center business, and revenue to be generated by MPlus, the mobile Internet innovation product, the total revenue of ChinaCache in 2015 will become unprecedentedly high, which will undoubtedly push ChinaCache to a new height in the CDN industry.
